average stay due to poor service.
slow elevators unfriendly staff
The elevators were SO slow, causing big delays EVERY morning. it took almost 30 minutes just to get downstairs for breakfast. Frustrating. my room was also quite dusty, especially the headboard. i saw lots of dirt. THE staff were UNFRIENDLY and seemed to prioritize other guests over me, and that was annoying.

excellent stay
great team easy access garden area
the service team are great. nicole the service manager dealt with us perfectly. the spa area were great to use. everything were updated techwise. easy access to the mall is priceless. i find a great garden area as well.
i notice the hotel have an awful smell in lobby area. it smell like toilet. they think it's a fancy smell but it is awful and gives you a headache.

Really good Family Experience
family floor activity classes laundry facilities convenient access
The family floor provided very nice convenience. My children enjoyed the slide in the room . The daily activity classes were a bonus. The teacher was warm. Access to laundry facilities proved to be a life saver for us.
The elevators experienced some delays, causing occasional waits.

Breakfast included a wide variety of options to choose from. The 57th floor offered menus with selections that suited different tastes. The cafe on the 7th floor had some limitations due to its public use.

The family lounge included a pantry available throughout the day. The pantry offers families a place to gather and share snacks. A play area designed for children is located within the family lounge.

The staff greeted us personally on arrival to the hotel. They assisted with skipping the check in queue, THAT was nice. The staff showed us amenities like the pantry upon arrival on the family floor.

wow, amazing stay at a great hotel!
excellent manager extra touches thoughtful chef
chloe look, the manager , was excellent as usual. she solved the small issues i had with the gym and lounge staff very fast and professionally. also , she added some super nice touches to. dining in the room was awesome, thanks to fred and the talented young chef who worked with him. they were both so thoughtful and took great care of me.
waiting for a taxi took longer than expected , but it was a minor inconvenience.

the gym boasts several treadmills and stationary bikes. a range of weight-training equipment for all fitness levels. the outdoor pool area includes comfortable loungers and shaded spots.
